CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policy is subject to the rate booked. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review your reservation confirmation to confirm cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. (CST) and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (CST). Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel’s designated check-in time. Early check-in is extended complimentary based on availability. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.

All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in will be subject to charges equivalent to a one-night stay inclusive of taxes. If a reservation is reduced in length of stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.

PETS

We are not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming! Pets must be under 40 lbs, and we do require completion of a Guest Agreement form, as well as payment of a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Guests are responsible for paying any additional cleaning bills or repairs due to chewing or stains. Hotel staff will issue one warning if the hotel receives a noise complaint, and any subsequent issues will result in the guest being asked to vacate.

REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN

A valid credit card from a banking institution with matching valid ID is physically required upon check-in regardless of your booking method. Please note, we do not accept any online banking cards (Chime, Paypal, CashApp, etc.). The card will be authorized at check-in for the estimated amount of your entire stay plus an $100.00 per night authorization for incidental charges. It may take 5 to 10 business days or longer after check-out for your bank to release the credit hold on your account. The Hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold.

PARKING

Self Parking is available to all overnight guests in our lot and lower-level parking garage.

Self Parking – $20 per night

Day parking is available while attending a meeting or event or joining us in one of our restaurants or outlets.

Self Parking day rate – $10

SMOKING POLICY

Lorenzo Hotel maintains a 100% smoke-free environment (including e-cigarettes) throughout the hotel and pool area. If this policy is violated, guests will be charged up to $500.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY

We enforce a “No In-Room Party Policy” to ensure we can always protect the hotel and our guests. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) are responsible for all persons visiting and any damages to the room.
